The Odisha State Coop. Union conducts State Level Seminars, Workshops, Symposium on cooperatives both at District and State level to discuss the problems and prospects of different sectors of the cooperative movement of the state besides arranging a state level function every year during the All India Coop. Week celebration between 14th Nov. to 20th Nov. involving distinguished personalities of the State and veteran cooperators and elected office bearers and officials of the Cooperation Department. as well as Coop. organizations where the best working coop. societies in different sectors of the coop. movement of the state are brought to lime light for their out-standing and all-round achievement by awarding attractive shield and cups to the coop. societies occupying 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. In addition to this, the non-official cooperators of the State are also encouraged by way of felicitation for their outstanding contribution to the cooperative movement of the state. This goes a long way to encourage the cooperatives and cooperators of the State imbibing them with the spirit of competition to achieve the best with their continued efforts.
